Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. If you would like for us to ship your order with another carrier, please let us know via email prior to placing your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to prepare and ship your order.

International Shipments

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

In-store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup during store hours Monday-Saturday 12-8pm, Sundays 12-6pm. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for us to prepare your order for pickup. Pickup orders will be held for 6 weeks after the date of purchase. If you need your order held for longer than 6 weeks, please notify us via email at info@somaticbodypiercing.com. 

Returns

We 100% guarantee that every piece of body jewelry sold online and in-store at Somatic Body Piercing is completely new and has never been worn. Due to the personal nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final.

Please be aware that each product listed in our online store has detailed sizing information. You can refer to our jewelry sizing guide for help in finding out which of our products are right for you.

If you are unsure of your size, or have any questions about a product, please contact us via email at info@somaticbodypiercing.com and we will be happy to assist you. You may also visit us at our store, where we offer jewelry sizing and styling consultations free of charge. 

Damaged/Lost Jewelry

Is your piece in need of a fix? Let us know! Send an email to info@somaticbodypiercing.com with a description/photo of the jewelry. Only purchased from Somatic Body Piercing is eligible for repair. Each designer that we carry will have their own manufacturer repair policy, and cost of repairs is dependent upon designer policies as well as the nature of the damage. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges that may apply. Email for details. Please be aware that we do not replace lost jewelry, and under no circumstances are we responsible for any lost jewelry or components, no exceptions.
