Handmade in Los Angeles for Somatic. Threaded for 16 gauge on one end, with a 2mm fixed jump ring on the opposite end. Wear the threaded end on the front of any 18 gauge or 16 gauge barbell post, attach the other side to a ring or barbell in any configuration.
